How Long Does Shipping Take? Australia Warehouse Dispatch Times
Short answer: orders placed on a business day are dispatched within 24 business hours from our Australian warehouse, most metro customers receive their parcel in 2-4 working days, and WA, NT and remote postcodes usually take 5-8. You get a tracking number by email the moment the parcel leaves the warehouse.
Because everything ships domestically, there is no customs, no import paperwork and no surprise border delay - the parcel is already in the country when you order. That is the whole point of ordering local instead of waiting three weeks for an overseas parcel.
The timeline, step by step
- Order placed - you get a confirmation email straight away
- Within 24 business hours - packed and handed to the courier; tracking number arrives by email

The warehouse does not dispatch on weekends - orders placed late Friday or over the weekend go out with Monday's batch, so a Sunday night order is actually the fastest way to start the week. Public holidays push everything back by a day - couriers do not move, no matter who you order from.
Things that actually delay parcels
Honest list: a wrong unit number in the address, nobody home for a signature, and courier backlogs around Black Friday and Christmas. That is basically it.
