Dispatch
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.
Carriers & delivery estimates
- Standard: Australia Post / eParcel, 3–7 business days
- Express: 1–3 business days (metro areas)
- Free shipping on orders over 100 AUD

Age verification
Vaping products are restricted to customers 18+. A signature and valid photo ID confirming age may be required on delivery. Orders that fail age verification will be cancelled and refunded less a restocking fee.
